Wuxi Gukang Medical Devices Co., Ltd. evolved from the Daqiao Plastic Sealing Parts Factory in Jiangyin City. The company is located in Jiangyin, a port city strategically situated in China's Yangtze River Delta—a region with a thriving economy and a vital transportation hub connecting the north and south banks of the Yangtze River, as well as linking river and maritime transport networks.

Gukang Medical specializes in the manufacture of medical polymer products and materials, as well as injection and puncture instruments. The company operates fully automated production lines and a 20,000-square-foot (approximately 1,858 m²) Class 100,000 cleanroom, backed by a total investment of 50 million RMB. Its annual production capacity reaches 5 billion rubber stoppers and 5 million infusion needles.
