From May 24–28, 2025, as part of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to Malaysia, Major General Pham Thi Lan Anh – Director of the Medical Department under the Ministry of Public Security – led a high-level delegation in key working sessions with three of Malaysia’s top-tier medical institutions: Sultan Idris Shah Serdang General Hospital, the National Heart Institute (IJN), and the private healthcare giant, Sunway Medical Centre.
